WhO are the Two Blind Brothers?

The brothers are Bryan Manning and Bradford Manning. They grew up in Virginia and currently live together in New York City. They are equally obsessed about the way clothing feels, and they are ruthlessly committed to finding cures for blindness. They both are diagnosed with Stargardt's disease, which is a form of macular degeneration. How much vision do the brothers have?

Stargardt's disease typically affects one's center vision but the peripheral vision is unaffected. The brothers' visual acuity is approximately 20/400. Their peripheral vision allows them to get around without visual assistance in most circumstances. Some of their biggest visual challenges include reading small text and recognizing faces. 

Is Two Blind brothers A Company or Charity?

We are set up as an LLC, but we may change our corporate structure to a charitable one. Our lawyers tell us that there are advantages and disadvantages to both structures.  In either case, we take no salary or profits for ourselves. We donate 100% of profits to charitable foundations, programs, and researchers focused on our mission.

Where do the profits go?

The profits go towards research programs that are developing therapies for eye disease. We select the beneficiaries through our own network and other trusted organizations. Bradford Manning is a director on the board of the Foundation Fighting Blindness, which is one organization that helps us and that we are supportive of. We retain the ability to fund the best projects with the most promise of supporting our mission to cure these diseases. Read more here.

Orders

When will my order ship?

Orders will be fully or partially fulfilled 1-2 business days after the order is placed. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified through email about the expected timeline. 

How will i know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code for your order. 

Returns

How do I return a purchase from Two Blind Brothers?

You can return an online order for free by requesting a return label via email or through the contact us page. The order can only be returned for full refund within 45 days of purchase.

  • Include the customer order number and billing name.
  • Drop your return package at an authorized location.
  • Find your nearest location at ups.com

Can I return sale merchandise purchased from Two Blind Brothers?

Sale merchandise is included in our 45-day return policy and 90 day exchange policy with the exception of Final Sale merchandise as marked on your order confirmation. Final Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

Are shipping and handling charges refundable?

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I return a gift purchased from the website?

If you have received an item as a gift, you can return it in exchange for credit online at its current price, unless it is final sale.  Please contact us at (844) 822-2582 if there are any issues. We may ask for additional details to identify the manner in which the item was purchased.  

What do I do if the product I received from Two blind Brothers is damaged?

If product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact us at (844)822-2582 to aid in your return or exchange for a replacement item to be shipped.

How do I obtain another copy of my order invoice and/or return label?

Payments, Refunds & Promo Codes

What forms of payment do you accept online?

We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Network.

Can I get a refund in a different payment method than used on my original order?

No, all refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Can I obtain a price adjustment for an online purchase?

No, we do not offer price adjustment. Only if an item drops in price within 14 days of purchase will we adjust the price.

  • Adjustments will not be given on sale merchandise or promotional purchases.
  • Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment.

Will you match the price of an item that I see marked down elsewhere?

We will match the price of items seen elsewhere at a lesser price.

  • Documentation must be provided showing the product with the listed lower price.
  • A price match must occur at the time an order is placed.
  • Please email us at info@twoblindbrothers.com and we’ll adjust the current selling price to match the documented selling price.
  • If you already bought the item and see it elsewhere at a cheaper price, documentation must be provided and a refund will be applied to your account.

How do I use a promo code online?

To redeem a special offer, enter your promo code during checkout. After entering the offer code, the price will be adjusted accordingly. Special offers are valid while supplies last. Please see the specific offer details for complete terms and conditions, including expiration date and other exceptions. Only one promo code can be used on a purchase.

Can I return an item I purchased with a promotion code?

Yes, you can return an item purchased with a promotion code, as long as the item was not Final Sale. You can also exchange the item for an item of equal or lesser value. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

Can I use copies of the pictures on your website for my own use?

Only if credit is given to Two Blind Brothers, can our pictures be used for your own use.

Shipping

How do I change my shipping address?

If you accidentally put in the wrong address for your order, please call us at (844) 822-2582 as soon as possible so we can get the order amended. Please have your order number handy when calling us to amend your address.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, there is no way to change the order. If you want to make changes to your order, you must first cancel your order and then start a new one.
If you are simply trying to add items to your order, we suggest just placing a new order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping varies by the location it is being shipped to. Orders must be placed before 3pm in order for it to ship out the same day. The closer the address is to NYC, the faster the item will be shipped. If you wish you can expedite shipping, please select a different shipping option at checkout for an additional fee. Orders do not ship out on National Holidays or on weekends.

Orders may take longer to be processed and shipped near the holidays and on sale days.

Where do you ship?

Right now, Two Blind Brothers only ships nationally. Be on the lookout for updates regarding the shipping process! We will consider international orders of $300 or more. Please email or call for more information

Can I track my order?

Included in the shipping confirmation email will be a tracking number. You may go to UPS.com and use the tracking number to track your package.

What if the item I want is sold out or on Pre-order?

If an item you want is sold out or on pre-order, we will notify you as soon as the item is in stock. Please allow up to 3 days from receiving an “in stock” email for the item to ship. 

How is new york sales tax taken into account?

When shipping within the state of New York, brands must charge local sales tax, however each county has its own rate. In addition, if your purchase is over $110, it qualifies for New York rates regardless of your location within the state. To simplify the process, Two Blind Brothers will charge the New York sales tax of 8.875% to every purchase. When we are packaging your items, we'll check your county's sales tax and refund you the difference.

If the items are being shipped out of New York state, you will not be charged sales tax.
