About Two Blind Brothers:
Founders and brothers Bryan Manning and Bradford Manning are the Two Blind Brothers. They grew up in Virginia and currently live together in New York City. They are equally obsessed about the way clothing feels, and they are ruthlessly committed to finding cures for blindness. At a young age, they were both diagnosed with Stargardt disease, which is a form of macular degeneration.
Their current visual acuity is approximately 20/400. They are both legally blind. Stargardt disease generally affects the center vision while the peripheral vision remains unaffected. The retention of their peripheral vision allows the brothers to get around without visual assistance in most circumstances (for example, they don’t use a white cane or have a guide dog). Their greatest visual challenges include reading small text and recognizing faces.
We like to think we are both – a social enterprise and a charity project. Legally, however, we are set up as an LLC, but we may change our corporate structure down the road. We donate 100% of profits at the end of the year to charitable foundations, programs, and researchers focused on our mission.
The profits go toward research programs that are developing therapies for retinal eye disease cures. We select the beneficiaries through our own network and other trusted organizations. Bradford Manning is a director on the board of the Foundation Fighting Blindness, an organization with which we work very closely.
At this moment we do not accept direct donations, so we encourage you to donate directly to the Foundation Fighting Blindness.
Orders will be fully or partially fulfilled 1-2 business days after the order is placed. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified through email about the expected timeline. When your item ships you will receive tracking information via email.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it is difficult for us to modify it as we use an offsite fulfillment center, but please contact our customer service representatives to see what we can do (email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (917) 722-6284).
If you are would like to add items to your original order, please place a separate and new order. If you would like to have each item in your order shipped in its own box, please place separate orders.
We only collect sales tax for orders that are delivered to addresses in New York, since we have a physical location in New York. Sales tax is automatically applied, as per state, city, and county tax code. We evaluate any changes to the tax code every 30 days so you can rest easy that you are being taxed accurately. If the items are being shipped outside of New York, you will not be charged sales tax.
Unfortunately, as we use an offsite fulfillment center, we are unable to update your address once the order is placed. If you accidentally put in the wrong address for your order, please email us at email@example.com or call us at (917) 722-6284 as soon as possible so we can cancel your original order and place a new order with the correct address. Please include your order number, the old address, and the new address when contacting us to make changes to your shipping address.
Shipping varies by the location it is being shipped to. Orders must be placed before 3 pm for it to ship out the same day. Orders do not ship out on national holidays or on weekends. If your order is shipped domestically it should arrive within 5 to 7 business days. If your order is international, please allow for 15 to 20 business days.
Orders may take longer to be processed and shipped near the holidays, and on sale days.

Two Blind Brothers mainly ships throughout the United States and Canada. We charge a $45 USD shipping fee for international orders ($13.95 USD to Canada). If your order is international, it will be shipped via USPS. Two Blind Brothers has no control over duties and taxes, and cannot waive these charges. Additionally, we cannot control how long your product takes to go through customs.
A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You may go to UPS.com or USPS.com and use the tracking number to track your package.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, orders can be slightly delayed due to our team taking extra precautions, but know we are working diligently to get your order out to you!
Returns and the Blind Faith Guarantee:
At Two Blind Brothers, we have a "Blind Faith" guarantee, which means that we offer free domestic returns and exchanges, no questions asked (*we cannot accommodate pre-paid international returns at this time). Our Blind Faith guarantee rests on two very important notions:
1. You can't feel our shirts through the internet: We put a lot of thought into making some of the softest shirts we've ever felt and we want to share that with you, but you can't feel our shirts through the internet. If you're curious about whether or not the shirts are as soft as we say they are, we encourage you to order one to feel it out. Not convinced? No worries! Just send it back.
2. We all make mistakes sometimes: From buying the wrong size to booking a flight for the wrong date, and whether you call it bad vision, or bad luck, we've been there before too, so if you accidentally ordered the wrong size or the wrong color, don't worry either! Just send it back and we'll get the correct one out to you, on us. We're not happy if you're not happy.
You can initiate your return or exchange by generating your pre-paid return label directly from your Shipment Tracking page that was sent to you in an email when your package was sent out. Simply click the "Return Items" button on the top left of the page. The order can only be returned for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. Orders can be exchanged within 45 days of purchase if it has not been worn and is in good condition, but we want to be flexible so if you're outside that range, just let us know and we will work with you to get it figured out.

- A return label will be emailed to you on the email you used to make the purchase - we cannot change the email at this time. Shipping will be paid for.
- Drop your return package at an authorized location. You can find your nearest location at ups.com or usps.com.
- If your order is a return, you will be refunded after the returned item has been received by us.
- If your order is an exchange, your exchange will be sent out once the exchanged item has been received by us.
- Please include in the notes the item you are returning as well as the item you would like to receive in exchange (if it is an exchange). Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate international returns at this time.
Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
At this time, we are unable to create a shipping label for the return shipping for orders that were sent internationally. If you need to return an international order, please follow the above instructions but keep in mind that you will have to pay for shipping.
Sale merchandise is included in our 45-day return and exchange policy with the exception of Final Sale merchandise as marked on your order confirmation. Final Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

Whenever you complete a purchase online you are sent a confirmation email so you can simply search your email inbox for the copy of this receipt -- this will include your order number, itemized order breakdown, and tracking information. Also, when you generate your return label from our website it is sent to you via email so you can search your inbox for the copy of that as well. Yes, you can return an item purchased with a promotion code, as long as the item was not final sale. You can also exchange the item for an item of equal or lesser value. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

It is absolutely not our intention to be exclusive in any way or to deter anyone from enjoying our products. As of right now, we offer expanded sizes in both our men's and women's styles in our 'Graphic' product line. We hope to offer a wider range of sizes in the future as we continue to grow as a company and brand. The NYC Skyline shirts have the names of each New York Borough on them in braille.
The braille on the Feel Adjustable bracelet says "FEEL" as do the braille tags on our shirts.
The braille on the Love is Blind accessories says "LOVE."
The puff paint on the bottom of our graphic shirts says the color of the shirt in braille.
The bracelet measures 7.5 inches in length, and the necklace is 17 inches.
