About Two Blind Brothers:
We’re Bradford and Bryan Manning - two brothers on a mission to cure blindness one shirt at a time! Why? Because we were diagnosed at a young age with Stargardt disease, a juvenile form of Macular Degeneration that affects our central vision, and so this cause is close to our hearts. A few years ago we started Two Blind Brothers, a charitable apparel company, to fight for our sight by donating 100% of the profit to retinal research for a cure for blindness.
We blacked out our website to show you what it is like to “shop blind”. Shopping when you are visually impaired can be difficult. It’s hard to see colors, sizes, or prices if you can see them at all. We rely on the trust of our friends and of strangers, which is why we want you to walk a mile in our shoes (or shirts!) and shop blind with us as a way to raise awareness about the everyday work obstacles those with visual impairments face.
We know it's crazy to buy something you can't see. We debated doing this experiment for a long time. We finally decided to do this to "pay it forward" to all the strangers who have helped us when we shop, order food, or fill out a form that we can't see.
About Shop Blind:
The ethos behind Shop Blind is simple: we blacked out our website so that you won’t be able to see any of the items we normally sell. The premise of Shop Blind is “trust” – we’re asking you to trust us to get a product we think you will LOVE without ever having seen it; the same way we place our trust in others to accomplish everyday tasks many often take for granted.
If you decide to trust us and Shop Blind, you’ll be choosing your purchase “sight unseen” (trust us, it’s worth it!). You simply select your price point. Once you complete your purchase you will receive an electronic code via email that will contain a unique code (just for you!) and link to a separate shopping page which will reveal your Shop Blind item (or items ;-) ).
Once you selected an item for $32, $69, $89 a reveal email was sent to your inbox containing a gift code. When you paid upfront, that generated a code and a link that allowed you to select the item you wanted to receive for shopping blind. Check your spam or promotions folder if you haven't received the second reveal email. You then enter that code for a physical item that will be shipped to you. This is how you get your shop blind item (think of it as the gift of choice, something Brad and Bryan don't always have). When you choose your item you chose the blind item you want to receive. So, you won't be receiving another item or reveal email.
You can then use that gift code to apply to any purchase within your associated collection -- Item 1 = Collection 1/Item 2= Collection 2, you get it! Your gift code is only tied to the associated collection so while you are welcome to choose an item outside of the collection, please note that the gift code will not be applied. The value is applied automatically when used on an item in your collection. If your gift code is not being applied correctly, or an error message is appearing it is likely that you have selected an item that is outside your collection and therefore is not valid with the gift code.
PLEASE NOTE: Your Shop Blind code is not applicable to any gift cards or the kids line.
This gift code is for one-time use meaning that you won't be able to apply it again at a later date should you have a remaining balance. You can use any remaining balance towards another item in your collection, but it will need to be included in your first order. You do not have to redeem the full amount on your code, it's only there as an option IF you want to purchase a second item in your collection for less. If you do not choose to redeem the full amount, you still will receive an item at the same or less than the price you originally paid for your initial Shop Blind Item purchase.
We are doing this to help the 11 million people who are losing their vision in the United States alone. We are doing this to change the conversation in the doctor’s office from “go home and learn braille, you’re going blind” to one of hope for the visually impaired community. There are treatments in sight and cures that are already being used in patients today and we want to help tip the scale. We are donating 100% of our net profits to pre-clinical eye research to cure eye disease.
My Shop Blind Order:
If you have already gone through the above process and are waiting for your physical item, some styles or sizes were on pre-order and will ship out next week. All pre-ordered items should arrive before the holidays. The order deadline to receive your item before Christmas is December 16.
Orders will be fully or partially fulfilled 2-3 business days after your code is redeemed. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified through email about the expected timeline. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code for your order.
You will receive a separate email with your unique code that corresponds to your unique Shop Blind purchase that will reveal the surprise! Your code is sent to you via email after your original shop blind purchase. It is separate from the order confirmation email. The subject title starts with "CHOOSE NOW" and is coming from the address firstname.lastname@example.org. If you paid with Amazon Pay or PayPal, the code will be sent to the email attached to those accounts. Please also check SPAM/JUNK and PROMOTIONS folders of your email. Alternatively, try searching "Two Blind Brothers" in your email search bar.
If you haven't received anything after 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com.
You can use any remaining balance towards another item in your collection, but you need to use it immediately. This gift code is for one-time so you cannot apply any remaining balance to a second purchase at a later date. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make modifications to your order or to cancel it. Once your order has been placed, there is no way to change the order without contacting our customer service representatives. If there are small changes to your order, such as sizing, please contact customer service. Please note that due to the number of orders and requests, there is no guarantee we can modify your order before it ships out.
If you are would like to add items to your order, please place a separate and new order.
There is an opportunity to select your size, color and gender after you purchase your Shop Blind Item by clicking to our website from the email containing the code and applying the code to the item of your choice. If you are interested in the category or item with the largest selection we recommend shopping in ITEM 1 as there are accessories and apparel products ranging from XS-XXL. We do not offer sizes past XXL at this time in any of the categories.
You enter your code after check-out and before continuing to payment method. The area to type in or paste your code is under product images in the Order Summary section. On Desktop this is on the right-hand side after checkout. On Mobile or Tablet, you need to click "View Order Summary" and the product image and area to apply your discount will drop down. Make sure you CLICK apply (on desktop) or the black/white arrow button (on mobile) to APPLY the code. It does not apply automatically by typing in the code. If your item is showing an amount other than $0.00 there could be three options:
- you exceeded the amount and must pay the difference OR
- the items you added to the cart are not part of your promotion OR
- you did not apply your code correctly.
Shop Blind Shipping:
If you accidentally put in the wrong address for your order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible so we can get the order updated. Please include your order number, the old address, and the new address when contacting us to make changes to your shipping address. Please note that there is a chance we will not be able to update the address if your order is already being processed by our fulfillment center but we will do our best!
Shipping varies by the location it is being shipped to. Orders must be placed before 3 pm for it to ship out the same day. Orders do not ship out on National Holidays or on weekends. If your order is shipped domestically it should arrive within 5 to 7 business days. If your order is international, please allow for 15 to 20 business days.
Orders may take longer to be processed and shipped near the holidays, and on sale days.
All shipping options can be viewed at checkout.
Two Blind Brothers will ship everywhere. We charge a $45 shipping fee for international orders (Canada excluded -- Canada shipping is $16.95). If your order is international, it will be shipped via USPS. Two Blind Brothers has no control over duties and taxes, and cannot waive these charges. Additionally, we cannot control how long your product takes to go through customs.
A tracking number will be Included in the shipping confirmation email. You may go to UPS.com or USPS.com and use the tracking number to track your package.
If an item you want is sold out or on pre-order we ask that you kindly check back in 1-2 weeks. We are working on developing an out-of-stock notification option, but haven't gotten it quite right yet.
Shop Blind Returns:
We offer free returns and exchanges. You can return your online order by requesting a return label via this link or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org The order can only be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Orders can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if it has not been worn and is in good condition.

- A return label will be emailed to you. Shipping will be paid for.
- Drop your return package at an authorized location. You can find your nearest location at ups.com or usps.com.
- If your order is a return, you will be refunded after the returned item has been received by us.
- If your order is an exchange, your exchange will be sent out once the exchanged item has been received by us.
- Please include in the notes the item you are returning as well as the item you would like to receive in exchange (if it is an exchange).
At this time, we are unable to create a shipping label for the return shipping for orders that were sent internationally. If you need to return an international order, please follow the above instructions but keep in mind that you will have to pay for shipping. If this is pertaining to a damage or order error, please contact us at email@example.com so we can reimburse you for the cost of return postage.
Sale merchandise is included in our 30-day return and exchange policy with the exception of Final Sale merchandise as marked on your order confirmation. Final Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
No. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you have received an item as a gift, you can return or exchange it at its current price, unless it is final sale. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any issues. We may ask for additional details to identify the manner in which the item was purchased.
If the product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact us at email@example.com. We will gladly exchange or return a damaged or incorrect order.
Whenever you complete a purchase online you are sent a confirmation email so you can simply search your email inbox for the copy of this receipt -- this will include your order number, itemized order breakdown, and tracking information. Also, when you generate your return label from our website it is sent to you via email so you can search your inbox for the copy of that as well. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will help you get all the info you need!

Payments, Refunds & Promo Codes:
We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Network.
No, all refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
We will issue a price adjustment if the item drops in price within 14 days of purchase.

We will match the price of items seen elsewhere at a lesser price as long as the product is Two Blind Brothers.

4. If you already bought the item and see it elsewhere at a cheaper price, documentation must be provided, and a refund will be applied to your account.
To redeem a special offer, enter your promo code during checkout. After entering the offer code, the price will be adjusted accordingly. Special offers are valid while supplies last. Please see the specific offer details for complete terms and conditions, including expiration date and other exceptions. Only one promo code can be used on a purchase.
Yes, you can return an item purchased with a promotion code, as long as the item was not final sale. You can also exchange the item for an item of equal or lesser value. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

It is absolutely not our intention to be exclusive in any way or to deter anyone from enjoying our products. As of right now, we offer expanded sizes in both our men's and women's styles in our 'Graphic' product line. We hope to offer a wider range of sizes in the future as we continue to grow as a company and brand. We apologize for any inconveniences associated with our current available sizes and look forward to expanding our offerings in the future. We only offer up to 2XL at the moment.
Yes, we are definitely interested in creating a super soft children's line. We've gotten a lot of feedback from other parents who are interested in a children's line -- especially with sensory sensitivities in mind-- and would love to work on this. That being said, we are a super small company so it takes some time to implement new products. Please feel free to subscribe to receive updates through our Facebook page -- all new product information will be posted here, as well as new projects and events.
