Whenever you complete a purchase on our website, you are sent a confirmation email from Two Blind Brothers. You can simply search your email inbox for confirmation of your order-- this will include your order number, itemized order breakdown, and tracking information. Your 6 digit order number can be found in the subject line and upper right corner of your confirmation email. Unfortunately, we cannot update orders once they are placed. We use a third-party fulfillment center to process our orders. Orders are auto-pulled into their system immediately, which limits our ability to make changes to the contents or shipping address on any completed orders.
Once you receive the package, you can initiate a return by generating your pre-paid return label here. We will process your return within 2-3 business days of it arriving at our facility. Your refund will be posted to your account within 5-7 business days of processing the return to the original payment method.
If you would like to add items to your original order, please place a new order. If you would like to have each item in your order shipped in its own box, please place separate orders.

If an address is incorrect we need to have the correct address provided as quickly as possible in order for us to attempt any changes.We use a fulfillment center to process our orders, and orders are auto-pulled into their system almost immediately, which severely limits our ability to make changes to the contents or shipping address on any completed orders. Even with attempted address changes, the order may still be delivered to the original address where it was placed.Once you receive tracking details and the shipping address is incorrect please reach out to us and we can further get you taken care of at that point.
