At this time, Two Blind Brothers is unable to pay for the return shipping for orders that were shipped internationally. Please reach out to us at hello@twoblindbrothers for assistance. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from twoblindbrothers.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. The amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

For domestic returns, we offer prepaid return shipping labels.

At this time, we do not offer prepaid return shipping labels for international returns.

Shipping rates & average timelines

Domestic Standard Shipping (3-8 days): $6.99 USD

Domestic Expedited Shipping (2-4 days): $16.99 USD

International Shipping (2-10 business days): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping orders. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

*During times of increased shipping volume, orders may take longer to arrive at their destination, some may take up to two weeks depending on the shipping carrier.

Processing time
All orders are subject to a processing time (1-2 days on average) that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouses Monday through Friday during hours of operation.
